My team and I have been providing annual inspections, five & ten-year certifications, and testing of roof tie-back anchors, davits, BMUs, lifelines, and other façade access tieoff structures for over 14 years. Even though we are based out of Minnesota, we’ve enjoyed traveling across the country making sure anchors and davits are safe to use, keeping the workers that use them safe. We’ve seen a lot in our travels over the years and, while most testing and inspection jobs are straightforward, we know what to do if they aren’t because we’ve seen so many unique situations and types of equipment.
In the last 14 years we’ve tested and inspected anchors on almost every type of building. We’re particularly good at managing campuses with multiple buildings, keeping all the records and timelines current (and providing certifications and logbooks) so property management or engineering doesn’t need to. Universities, hospital and corporate campuses, sports stadiums, hotels, office buildings, apartments, tall, short, big or small we’ve been on them all.
I pride myself on taking care of the customer’s needs first starting with a quick reply to a request for quote or a new inquiry. I know that often property managers or building engineers simply can’t always plan far ahead, and we have retained many loyal customers because we make a commitment to meet their timeline whatever that may be. Customers also take comfort knowing that once a building is in our system, we hold copies of all the records and timelines and send reminders to schedule the inspections with plenty of lead time, making sure they are always covered by code requirements and standards.
